The digital library contains information on Neutrality of Turkmenistan, Multilateral Formats of Cooperation, Peace and Security, Turkmenistan on the way to attaining the Sustainable Development Goals, Parliamentary Diplomacy, Ecological Diplomacy, Energy Diplomacy, Transport Diplomacy, Cultural Diplomacy, Sports Diplomacy.
