Ambassador M.Ayazov had a meeting at the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Armenia

On June 21, 2023 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Armenia Muhammetgeldi Ayazov met with the deputy Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Armenia Nerses Karamanukyan.

During the meeting, issues of the trade and economic agenda, the establishment of contacts between businessmen, entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and Armenia were discussed. It was stated there is an increase in trade between two countries.

Then Ambassador Ayazov told the interlocutors about the newly built city of Arkadag, and added that as a part of the implementation of the National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052, further improving the living standards of the population and developing industry in the regions, service and production facilities will be built in the city if Arkadag for production of medicines and medical   products, as well as food and industrial products.

Ambassador Ayazov also added that it is expected that international  tenders will be held on this occasion to select contractors for the constructions of enterprises.
