With the warmth and hospitality inherent to the Turkmen people, the National Tourist Zone “Avaza” welcomes the first guests of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, which will take place from August 4 to 8.

For the convenience of delegates arriving at Turkmenbashi International Airport, transportation and accommodation in comfortable hotels equipped according to modern standards have been organized.

Special passenger buses will operate during the Conference days to ensure comfort and efficiency of movement for participants. Their appearance and design correspond to the spirit of the international forum and reflect the historical significance of the upcoming event.

Before the official opening of the Conference, guests at the resort coast of the Caspian Sea will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural heritage, traditions, and customs of Turkmenistan. The program includes visits to exhibitions and concerts featuring well-known figures of the arts.

Turkmenistan, particularly Avaza, has experience hosting large-scale forums. For instance, in 2022, an International conference at the level of transport ministers was held here, organized by the government of the country under the aegis of the UN, dedicated to the theme "Ashgabat Process: Financing for Better Connectivity."

The business program of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries will cover a wide range of issues, including political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian aspects.
