Turkmenistan's tourism companies demonstrated the country's potential in the field of tourism at the International Tourism Exhibition "DITE-2025" (Dushanbe International Tourism Exhibition), which took place in Dushanbe from September 18 to 20.

The event was attended by domestic representatives of the tourism sector such as "Eşretli syýasat," "Hazar travel," "Jahana," "Gadymy Miras," "Halkara syýahat," and "Aşgabat Syýahat." The exhibitions and stands of Turkmen representatives highlighted the diversity of natural landscapes, architectural monuments, and the cultural heritage of the people.

As part of the exhibition, a business program was held, including a conference with representatives of Turkmen companies and foreign partners. They discussed opportunities for joint projects, experience exchange, and expansion of international cooperation. Special attention was given to the development of sustainable tourism and attracting investments in the tourism sector.

One of the significant events was the International Investment Forum on Tourism, held on September 17 in Dushanbe. The forum was dedicated to the strategy of economic transformation through attracting investments in the tourism sector. The Turkmen delegation actively participated in the forum, holding a series of meetings with representatives of the international community and discussing prospects for implementing joint projects.

Moreover, as part of the forum and exhibition, the Festival of National Dishes was held, where traditional culinary masterpieces of the participating countries were presented.

The Turkmenistan delegation took part in the events upon the invitation of Zurab Pololikashvili, the Secretary-General of the UN World Tourism Organization, and Jamshed Jumakhonzoda, the Chairman of the Tourism Development Committee of the Republic of Tajikistan.
