Grace that unites the world: the role of Turkmen horses in international dialogue

The ahal-teke horse is not only the pride of the Turkmen nation, but also a symbol of its statehood, independence, and openness to international dialogue. This was stated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, where he took part in the world equestrian championships and the ahal-teke beauty contest.

In his speech, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty emphasised that Turkmenistan, as a responsible member of the global community and custodian of a unique cultural and historical heritage, sees its duty in uniting people around lofty humanistic goals. A special role in this mission is given to the legendary breed of horses.

According to the National Leader, the swift and noble stride of ahal-teke horses should continue to pave the way for global peace, prosperity, and constructive cooperation between countries.
