«AK GAP» COMPANY INCREASES ITS PRODUCTION CAPACITIES BY TEN TIMES

«Ak Gap» Company has increased production of castings for polyethylene terephthalate bottles and cans. The company provides 500 million polyethylene terephthalate preforms and around 200 million polyethylene caps to consumers per year. These pre-forms are required for production of bottles using press forms and blowing machine. The products are kept for a long time in such containers and are not spoiled.

Thee are the containers that are widely used by local producers in food industry (for carbonated soft drinks, dairy production, various juices, alcohol production, vegetable oil). Such companies as Arçаlyk, Upekçi, MAHMAL ZIP, Tolkun, Galkyn, Kristal, Akar use preforms of “Ak Gap”. In addition, “Ak Gap” is an official supplier of preforms for Turkmenistan Coca Cola Bottles Business Entity.

In 2007, Ashgabat company «Ak Gap» was one of the first in Turkmenistan to arrange the production of plastic containers, which strength guarantees the safety of production during transportation. The entrepreneurs have started making their production on four imported production lines with capacity of 30-40 million for polyethylene terephthalate preforms per year. After three years, the company has bought Husky-120 line with production capacity of 50-60 million items per year. After two years, the production capacity of for polyethylene terephthalate preforms has been increased two times. Husky-300 with production capacity of 120-130 million items per year has been put into operation. Nowadays, the company has two lines with the same production capacity although Husky Pet 300 4.0 of new modification is more efficient and energy saving than previous model. Therefore, production capacity of the facility has been increased by ten times in total since its opening.

The company has developed the production of polyethylene caps, which allowed providing full package of production meeting national and international standards to the client. “Ak Gap” Company has received certificates of SGS international certification body. Recently, the company has built new production facilities with all conditions for productive work near Täze Zaman settlement.
