NEW TEXTILE COMPLEXES AND HIGH-TECH PRODUCTION

At present, textile complexes of the country produce products under the brands "Goza", "Wada", "Bedew", "Nusaý", "Gala", "Arwana", "Bürgüt", "Ýeňiş", "Ak pamyk". In the modern era Turkmen textiles are steadily increasing their competitiveness only in the domestic market, but also abroad thanks to the accelerated development of the core industry based on advanced technologies and application of the best domestic and world experience. The textile industry is one of the leading sectors of the economy Turkmenistan. Thanks to the comprehensive support of the state, she has become the fastest growing sector of the economy Turkmenistan. During the years of independence in the construction of new and the reconstruction of existing textile enterprises was invested about 2 (two) billion US dollars. Now in the industry over 70 (seventy) enterprises operate, including - large textile complexes, cotton spinning and weaving production, garment factories, silk processing enterprises, shoe factories, factories for the primary processing of leather and wool. The existing production facilities are equipped with high-tech equipment produced by world manufacturers - such as "Rieter", "Benninger" (Switzerland), "Trützschler", "Schlafhorst", "Zinser", Monforst, Küsters (Germany), Marzoli, Mario Crosta, Reggiani, Arioli, Savio (Italy), Tsudakoma, Juki, Muratec (Japan), "Picanol" (Belgium) and others.
Large-scale cooperation with foreign companies and international financial institutions providing growth and further development of the textile industry of Turkmenistan, successfully continues. With the participation of foreign companies put into operation 15 modern textile complexes where the production of products that meet the most modern requirements of international quality, management and marketing standards. Also, in order to solve the problems set by the President of Turkmenistan tasks, an industry-wide integrated program of production and technical re-equipment of industry enterprises and creation nnovative industries based on their own natural resources. This program will reduce imports of products through a wide a range of high quality own goods at an affordable price. Until 2025 year it is planned to allocate more than 300 million US dollars to implementation of more than 30 projects in the textile industry. The implementation of the planned activities will allow the textile industry Turkmenistan to carry out permanent technical and technological re-equipment of existing and creation of new high-tech productions.
Large investments will be directed not only to the expansion operating capacities, but also for the creation of more than ten new production facilities on the basis of existing enterprises using modern technologies for the production of environmentally friendly products.
