The first consignments of early-ripening varieties of apples and other fruit crops of the new harvest were sent to the markets by Sarybai Khanbaev, a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan from the Dashoguz velayat. Its gardens are located on 35 hectares of virgin lands of the Ruhubelent etrap. Cherries are grown on ten of them, apricots - on the same hectares; another ten hectares of land are occupied by a total of apples and pears.

The vineyards, located on five hectares, bring a good harvest every year. The entrepreneur seeks to increase the production of fruit and vegetable products through the effective use of modern technologies for cultivation of crops, the selection of high-yielding and disease-resistant varieties that are most adapted to local climatic conditions. In addition to gardening, the entrepreneur is also engaged in the cultivation of some other types of agricultural products, including melons and gourds.

It should be noted that gardening in the north of the country is increasingly attracting private structures as a profitable and promising industry. It was chosen as one of their activities by dozens of local members of the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of the country, who actively participated in the process of saturating the country's consumer market with high-quality vegetables, berries and fruits.

The widespread involvement of the private sector in the agricultural sector was significantly facilitated by the special agricultural land funds created in the regions of the country. In general, in the Dashoguz velayat, in recent years, more than two thousand citizens who wished to engage in agricultural production, including gardening and viticulture, have already received a large number of land plots from the land fund.
