17 transactions have been registered last week at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan.

For foreign currency, entrepreneurs from Turkey and Afghanistan have bought gasoline produced at Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex. Business from Great Britain have procured polypropylene (Turkmenbashy Refinery Complex) while brokers from Hon Kong and Singapore – polyethylene and technical Sulphur.

In addition, dyed and Jacquard terry products and cotton yarn have been sold for foreign currency to United Arab Emirates and Azerbaijan. Total amount of transactions has exceeded 25,168,000 US dollars.

For local currency, representatives of business circles from UAE have bought cotton yarn to total amount of more than 5 million manats.

For local market, Turkmen businessmen have bought Portland cement. The amount of transaction was 50,000 US Dollars.
