PRODUCTION OF «AÝDYŇ GIJELER»: TABLETS, SMARTPHONES, SMART TVS AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES

The touch screen electronic device provides Wi-Fi access, high-definition sound systems and cameras, a powerful operating system, and a convenient and durable outer case. The new products of a well-known enterprise are in no way inferior to imported counterparts, but much cheaper than them. On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the independence of Turkmenistan, 1500 participants of the meeting of the Halk Maslakhaty on September 25 were presented with gifts in the form of tablets of domestic production - 8 inch “Aytab”.

This year, the company plans to release at least 7.5 thousand more compact devices that are designed for surfing the Internet, working with text documentation, watching videos, communicating in social networks, playing games and listening to music.

Among the novelties offered by the Economic Society "Aýdyň gijeler" is the first domestic smartphone "Milli" based on Android 9.1 OS. The smartphone provides access to Wi-Fi and other features of modern gadgets - a powerful processor, a high-definition camera, a durable case and a stylish appearance. The smartphone screen size is 6.3 inches, it is equipped with a 2 MP / 5 MP camera and 8 GB of internal memory with 1 GB of RAM. On the smartphone "Milli" you can install two SIM cards. ES «Aýdyň gijeler»- one of the first enterprises in the country to produce high-quality electrical and electronic products and implement a program for the development of import-substituting production. Established in 2016 with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan, the Economic Society has established the production of high quality electrical and electronic products in the country.

First products of «Aýdyň gijeler» were the energy-saving lamps, LED ceiling lights and street lighting spotlights. The enterprise produced and sold over 10,000 smart TVs "Zemin" and "Tolkun" with a diagonal of 32, 42 and 55 inches and a TV of the brand "Älem" with a diagonal of 65 inches at an affordable price. The company's product catalog includes splits of “Mylaýym” brand, routers of “Uçgun” brand, monoblocks of “Şowly” brand, and coolers of “Teşne” brand.

Considerable sum has been invested in the development and modernization of the new industry together with foreign partners. On the territory of the Ashgabat plant, a radical reconstruction of workshops and sites was carried out, assembly lines were installed, sanitary zones were equipped, a room for clean assembly of digital equipment components and other areas, and innovative equipment was introduced. Production lines and all processes are debugged by specially trained people. Input, operational and acceptance control of products is organized. The specialists of the economic society took advanced training courses in foreign companies and in the centers for the production of innovative technologies, where they studied the intricacies of the production of televisions, tablets, smartphones and other equipment, which later made it possible to achieve high rates in the production of electronics in the country.

Thanks to the active cooperation of specialists of the Aýdyň gijeler ES with young scientists from the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, the inventions of this university were introduced into production, production was launched in the workshops in accordance with advanced and modern technologies. Specialists of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan and the economic society are carrying out relevant work on the preparation of software for devices operating through fiber-optic communication wires of the GPON type, switches (switches) of the L2, L3 level, Wi-Fi routers (routers), cell phones and other electronic devices.

The Economic Society attaches particular importance to strengthening cooperation with foreign partners. It has established partnerships with foreign companies in the field of import-export of its products. Extensive experience has been accumulated in the field of production and sale of "smart" equipment in the world markets. It is planned to develop joint cooperation in the future in order to bring Turkmen products to the world market.

In particular, the Economic Society and the largest Russian manufacturer and exporter of microelectronics “Mikron” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Implementation of Joint Technology Projects. The agreement is aimed at joint development and implementation of projects in the field of object identification, labeling of industrial goods, access control and management systems (ACS), electronic documents, smart cards, bank cards and RFID products.

The specialists of ES opened a branch in Ashgabat, in the structure of which a technology center for electrical engineering was created. The center is managed by qualified specialists. Its goal is to increase the efficiency of the activities of organizations and enterprises operating in the country through the introduction of IT-information technologies.
