About the meeting with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia M.Safaryan

A meeting between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia M. Ayazov and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia M.Safaryan was held оn January 17, 2024.

During the meeting the topics on bilateral agenda including trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian, transport and logistics, scientific and educational issues, as well as the state of legal treaty documents were discussed.

Ambassador M.Ayazov informed that the current year 2024 will be held under the motto "Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi" in Turkmenistan. In this connection the Embassy is planning to hold a conference, a concert of masters of culture and art of Turkmenistan and other events dedicated to the glorious anniversary - the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi.

The next meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Armenian Commission on Economic Cooperation was also discussed.

During the meeting the interlocutors have also touched upon other topics.
