Presentation of foreign policy of Turkmenistan and Turkmen-Armenian relations at the Shirakatsy Lyceum

On 21 May 2025 the Shirakatsy Lyceum hosted the celebration of UNESCO’s World Day for Cultural Diversity which was attended by students and teachers of the Lyceum, representatives of the diplomatic corps of Armenia, and parents of еру students.

During the event, a discussion "Shirakatsy Talks" was also held in which invited guests, diplomats, Ambassadors made presentations on diplomacy, innovation, sustainable development, youth leadership and etc.

As part of the celebration of the 2025- Year of Peace and Trust, as well as the 30th anniversary of the Turkmenistan’s Neutrality, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Muhammetgeldi Ayazov made a presentation on Turkmenistan's foreign policy, the country's neutrality and Turkmen-Armenian relations.
Particularly, the role of the positive neutrality of Turkmenistan, the country's collaboration with the world community and with such authoritative international organizations as the UN, UNESCO were noted.
The peace-loving initiatives of Turkmenistan which are always accepted by the community of nations, were emphasized, that are designed to be a guiding light of friendship, security, peace and trust in the region and in the world as a whole
