Conference Dedicated to the Professional Day of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers of the Country

On October 7 of this year, a conference titled "The Health of the Nation – the Wealth of the Country, a Celebration of the Healthcare Policy of the President of Turkmenistan" was held in the conference hall of the Center for Public Organizations of Turkmenistan.

The forum, jointly organized by the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the Mejlis of the country, the Ministry of Education, as well as political parties and public associations, was dedicated to the Day of Healthcare and Medical Industry Workers of Turkmenistan, annually celebrated on October 10. 

The event was attended by representatives of the Mejlis, the Ashgabat City Committee of the Democratic Party, the Ashgabat City Committee of the Agrarian Party, and the capital’s medical centers.

As noted by the speakers, consistent efforts are being made in our country to develop the healthcare system, prevent diseases, protect citizens' health, and increase life expectancy. It was also emphasized that this year's symbolic coincidence of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality with the 30th anniversary of the State Program "Saglyk" is a gratifying event.
