THE EMBASSY OF TURKMENISTAN IN THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA HOLDS A PHOTO EXHIBITION “TURKMENISTAN - THE HOMELAND OF PEACE AND TRUST”

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Armenia with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the Mayor's Office of Yerevan and the Yerevan Metro named after Karen Demirchyan from April 2 to 16, 2021 holds a photo exhibition "Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust", dedicated to the anniversary dates - the 25th anniversary of Neutrality and the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan.

An exposition of vivid photographs of drawings demonstrating the history of the Turkmen people, its rich original culture and centuries-old traditions, architectural symbols of the capital of Ashgabat, natural landscapes, as well as the grandiose achievements of the era of independence will be available for citizens and guests of the capital for two weeks - until April 16, 2021 at the metro station "Baghramyan" in Yerevan.

It is symbolic that this year is also a jubilee for the city of Ashgabat - the white marble capital of Turkmenistan, which is a partner city of Yerevan, celebrates its 140th anniversary and the Yerevan Metro, which turns 40 this year.

it is worth noting that the name of the photo exhibition "Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust" was not chosen by chance, since 2021 was declared by the United Nations as the "Year of Peace and Trust", and Turkmenistan was the initiator of this resolution, to which Armenia also joined as a co-author.
