THE ECONOMIC SOCIETY «TÜRKMEN ENJAM» BUILDS A CEMENT PLANT AND PRODUCES PIPES

The economic society «Türkmen enjam» is expanding the production of polyethylene, polypropylene water supply and corrugated sewer pipes with a diameter of 110 to 630 millimeters, which are chemically resistant and can withstand high pressure for a long time. Since the beginning of the year, about 200 tons of products have been produced from raw materials purchased from local producers at the polymer plant in Kiyanly.

Three extruder lines KME 105/36 - for pipes of large and small diameters, as well as extruders UC-315/48 and UC-36/50 of corrugated sewer pipes of large diameter and corrugated pipes of small diameters for laying electrical wires designed for the production at the industrial base of a business company in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Akhal velayat.

The use of these facilities for the production of polymer products of high quality and reliability allows entrepreneurs to fully provide utilities and builders with products for the repair and construction of engineering networks in cities and towns of the country.

Industrial production of polymer products is not the only direction in the activities of a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the economic society «Türkmen enjam». For more than ten years, entrepreneurs have been supplying equipment, machinery and mechanisms to the country, as well as full construction of industrial facilities.

Together with leading European companies, our entrepreneurs participated in the reconstruction and modernization of more than twenty facilities of various ministries, as well as facilities where major foreign companies acted as general contractors. However, the most ambitious was the reconstruction and modernization of almost all industrial enterprises in the country that produce precast concrete products for housing construction.

Over the years, the entrepreneurial structure has grown and strengthened significantly. The balance of the enterprise includes a fleet of construction and special equipment, lifting mechanisms for construction and installation work. The structure of the company has its own design group, as well as a number of technical specialists in the field of construction, energy, mechanization, instrumentation and automation. The entrepreneurs have successfully won a tender for the construction of a cement plant with a capacity of one million tons per year in Lebap velayat, which is planned to be commissioned at the end of 2022.
