POST OFFICES OF BELARUS AND TURKMENISTAN CONTINUE COOPERATION

Cooperation between the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Belpochta" of Belarus and the "Turkmenpochta" State Mail Service of Turkmenistan will continue in 2021.

As noted, for many years "Belpochta" and "Turkmenpochta" have successfully provided postage services with within the framework of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and its regulatory framework, as well as in the exchange of international EMS items - on the basis of a bilateral agreement.

"Belpochta" and "Turkmenpochta" take part in international events on postal communications, including congresses, meetings and international seminars of the UPU.

It should be noted that "Belpochta" has resumed postal services from Belarus to Turkmenistan since March 31. It is possible to send documents and parcels from Belarus. There are no EMS deliveries to Turkmenistan yet.

Turkmenistan and Belarus have cooperated in a number of areas. Import-export operations are carried out between the countries, in particular, within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
