ES "TÄZE SABA": PRODUCTS FOR PERSONAL HYGIENE

The economic society "Täze saba" has mastered the exclusive production of products for the personal hygiene of each person. The production of toothbrushes is organized at the modern production facility built in the Geoktepe etrap of the Akhal velayat. It required the use of very sophisticated technology, a lot of know-how and a precisely coordinated chain of different technological units.

At the first stage of manufacturing, multicomponent injection molding machines are used, which are made of polypropylene for the handles of future brushes. The second handle component is molded from soft thermoplastic elastomer in a second working cycle. This allows the production of up to 25 toothbrush handles per minute. Depending on the type of toothbrush, up to 40 bundles of fibers of different lengths, colors and configurations are sequentially inserted into the handle. In the following stages, the fibers are cut to a specific length and rounded using a multi-stage grinding process. The production is fully automated, right up to the packaging process, since only those products that have not been touched by human hands meet the necessary hygienic requirements.

Using a fully automated production line from leading manufacturers in Austria and Germany, entrepreneurs produce up to twenty-five thousand dental items every day.

The products manufactured at the Geoktepe enterprise turned out to be in demand. On the territory of Turkmenistan, entrepreneurs sell up to 100-150 thousand pieces monthly. The popularity of manual brushes "Täze saba" was determined by several factors at once: first of all, the fact that they are produced in the country for the first time and on unique high-tech equipment that has no analogue in Central Asia, have an attractive look and are made of synthetic materials that exclude instant seeding by pathogenic bacteria. The production uses polypropylene from the Kiyanli polymer plant, nylon filament (bristle) - from Italy and dyes from the United Arab Emirates. The price of the product plays an important role - it is 10 times lower than the cost of imported products imported into the country.

Many experts believe that not only the material and type of a toothbrush is important for the health of teeth and oral cavity, but also the period of its replacement. They recommend changing your toothbrush at least every three months. The value for money of the products of the business company "Täze saba" allows you to successfully adhere to this principle.

“Only one shopping center Bagtyyarlyk sells about a thousand brushes for daily oral hygiene every week,” explains the director of the enterprise, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, Nazar Yazgylydzhov.

We export 200-250 thousand copies monthly to the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. A batch of products has been prepared for shipment to Azerbaijan. And this is just the beginning. At the moment, we are diligently and fruitfully working on international standards (ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 45001-2018) to obtain international certificates, which will allow us to export our products with the "Made in Turkmenistan" logo not only to countries Europe, but also the United States.

In the near future, we intend to provide the entire region with our products, and for this we will have to master several more models of toothbrushes, including for children, to produce branded toothpaste and other products.
